Refund Policy

NatureKue guarantees both the quality of our products and the complete satisfaction of our customers.  Should one of our products or our service fall short of your expectations, you may request an exchange or a refund.  Our policy for exchanges and refunds follows.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, the simplest option to ensure you get what you want is to mail back the item you currently have, and NatureKue will send you a new one to replace it.

Refunds: Once you seek a refund, NatureKue will notify you after your return is received and advise you if your refund has been processed. If confirmed, the refund will be applied automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to complete and post the refund.

Damages and issues: Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is missing or damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can investigate the issue and/or replace the item in question if necessary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refunds for dangerous products or flammable liquids. If you have questions or issues concerning your specific item, please get in contact.

Note: discounted products and gift cards cannot be returned.
