America’s Liver Health Threatened by Fatty Liver Disease
"Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), a condition of extra fat buildup in the liver, is on the rise — it now affects roughly 20% to 40% of the US population. " - Harvard Health Publication
Sometimes called a "silent liver disease,” fatty liver disease usually does not cause any symptoms.
"Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the build up of extra fat in liver cells that
is not caused by alcohol.
While it is normal for the liver to contain some fat, if more than 5 to 10% of the liver’s weight is fat, then it is called a fatty liver
(steatosis).
The more severe form of NAFLD is called nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). NASH causes the liver to swell and become damaged." - American Liver Foundation

THE KEY TO LIVER HEALTH
In NatureKue LiverSupport, clinically proven Deepure Tea helps liver function by reducing fatty cell deposits, and maintaining healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, while also enhancing an immune system response by promoting better liver function and improving energy levels*.

NatureKueLiverSupportcontains a proprietary blend (T107), a one-of-a-kind component that targets non-alcoholicfatty liver disease at the source.
Helps cleanse fatty cell deposits, and increase the liver’s etoxification process*
Reduction of body fat and improved lipid profile associated with daily consumption of a Puer tea extract (Deepure Tea) in a hyperlipidemic population: a randomized placebo-controlled trial
Objective: The goal for this study was to evaluate the effects of daily consumption of Puer tea extract (Deepure Tea)(PTE) on body weight, body-fat composition, and lipid profile in a non-Asian population in the absence of dietary restrictions. Methods: Fifty-nine (59) overweight or mildly obese participants were enrolled upon screening to confirm fasting cholesterol level at or above 220 mg/dL (5.7 mmol/dL). A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study design was used. After giving informed consent, subjects were randomized to consume PTE (3 g/day) or placebo for 20 weeks.
At baseline and at 4-week intervals, blood lipids, C-reactive protein, and fasting blood glucose were evaluated.
A dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry scan was performed at baseline and at study exit to evaluate changes to body composition. Appetite and physical and mental energy were scored at each visit using visual analog scales (0–100).
Results: Consumption of PTE was associated with statistically significant weight loss when compared to placebo (P<0.05).
Fat loss was seen for arms, legs, and the gynoid region (hip/belly), as well as for total fat mass. The fat reduction reached significance on within-group analysis, but did not reach between-group significance.
Consumption of PTE was associated with improvements to lipid profile, including a mild reduction in cholesterol and the cholesterol: high-density lipoprotein ratio after only 4 weeks, as well as a reduction in triglycerides and very small-density lipoproteins, where average blood levels reached normal range at 8 weeks and remained within normal range for the duration of the study (P<0.08).
Conclusion:The results from this clinical study showed that the daily consumption of PTE was associated with significant weight loss, reduced body mass index, and an improved lipid profile.

A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study of Pu'er tea extract (Deepure Tea) on the regulation of metabolic syndrome
Objective: To explore the regulative efficacy of Pu’er (Deepure) tea extract on metabolic syndrome. Methods:Ninety (90) patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group administered with Pu’er tea extract, and the placebo group with placebo capsules. After 3 months’ treatment, body mass index, waist hip ratio, blood lipids, blood sugar, immune and inflammatory index, and oxidation index of the patients with metabolic syndrome were tested and analyzed. Results: In the intervention group, the body mass index, waist-hip ratio, fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose, serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B-100 all decreased in the patientswith metabolic syndrome, and also the high-density lipoprotein level increased and apolipoprotein A-1 showed thetendency to increase. Serum C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α, and interleukin-6 were decreased in the intervention group. Interleukin-10 level was increased, MDA was decreased and superoxide dismutase was increased.Compared with before treatment and the placebo group, there were significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusions: Pu’er tea demonstrated excellent potential in improving central obesity, adjusting blood lipid, loweringblood sugar, regulating immunity and resisting oxidation. It can adjust the metabolic syndrome of different clinical phenotypes to different degrees, and is ideally fit for early prevention of metabolic syndrome.Source: Clinical Study Published on PubMed https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21725873/
